摘  要:以不同比例的甲醇水溶液作为提取溶剂 ,设定两种提取程序 ,应用加速溶剂提取技术提取沉积物中氯酚类有机污染物 ,用气相色谱 -质谱进行分析。初步探讨了溶剂极性 ,不同温度和压力程序对提取结果的影响。研究发现两种程序下氯酚分析结果相同 ;不同比例的甲醇水溶液对氯酚类有机污染物提取量相同。这表明采用加速溶剂提取技术 ,可用价格较低的甲醇取代昂贵的正己烷和丙酮。该法回收率高( >90 %) ,仪器检出限低 ( 0 .5 ng· g- 1)Methanol and water extraction solvents with different ratios (5%, 25%, 50% and 100%) and two extraction programs with higher temperature and higher pressure were applied to the extraction of chlorophenols in the sediment using Accelerated Solvent Extraction (ASE) technique and the extracted chlorophenols were analyzed with GC MS. The effects of the solvents polarity, higher temperature and higher pressure on the extraction efficiency were discussed. The experimental results showed that the contents of chlorophenols in the sediment determined at the given extraction temperature of 120℃ and 150℃ as well as pressure of 12 Mpa and 15 Mpa were very similar. The ASE extraction efficiencies of chlorophenols with different ratio of methanol and water had no significant difference as well. Therefore, it is possible to use the cheap solvents (mixture of methanol and water) instead of the expensive hexane and acetone when the Accelerated Solvent Extraction method is employed. The extraction method of ASE exhibited higher recovery (>90%), lower detection limit (0.5 ng·g -1 ) as well as accuracy and time saving.
