摘 要:目的 :应用多种抗菌药物对创伤弧菌感染小鼠进行治疗观察。方法 :创伤弧菌 ( 3 .0× 1 0 8cfu/ml)经ip感染小鼠后 0 .5h ,分别应用ip氨基糖甙类 (阿米卡星、奈替米星 )、头孢菌素类 (头孢曲松钠、头孢哌酮钠、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟钠 )、青霉素类 (特美汀、氨苄西林钠、哌拉西林钠 )和喹诺酮类 (培福新、乳酸左旋氧氟沙星 )抗菌药物进行治疗。结果 :这些抗菌药物对创伤弧菌感染的小鼠均有治疗作用 ( p <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 0 1 ) ,乳酸左旋氧氟沙星、哌拉西林钠、头孢哌酮钠、奈替米星疗效最好 ;其次为阿米卡星、头孢曲松钠、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟钠、氨苄西林钠、培福新 ;再次特美汀 ;乳酸左旋氧氟沙星、哌拉西林钠、头孢哌酮钠、奈替米星的疗效明显比培福新、特美汀为好 ( p <0 .0 5 )。治疗组小鼠的死亡时间较对照 2组明显延长 ( p <0 .0 1 )。 结论 :及早足量应用这些抗菌药物对创伤弧菌感染小鼠有较好的治疗效果 ,可为临床治疗该病提供依据。Objective: we conducted an in vivo study with the mouse model of Vibrio vulnificus infection to evaluate the efficacies of therapy with 11 antimicrobial agents. Methods: Vibrio vulnificus (3.0×10 8cfu/ml)was introduced intraperitoneally into the right abdominal cavity. 11 antimicrobial agents were given intraperitoneally 0.5 hr after the bacteria were inoculated in the left abdominal cavity. 11 antimicrobial agents were Amikaccin, Netilmicin sulfate, Ceftriaxone sodium, Cefoperazone sodium, Ceftazidime, Cefotaxime sodium, Timentin, Ampicillin sodium, Piperacillin sodium, Pefloxacin, Levofloxacin lactate. Results: There were no survivors at 24 hr in group of contral 2. The mouse survival rates of groups therapied with Netilmicin sulfate, Cefoperazone sodium, Piperacillin sodium, Levofloxacin was 100% respectively. The mouse survival rate of groups therapied with Amikaccin, Ceftriaxone sodium, Ceftazidime, Cefotaxime sodium, Ampicillin sodium were 70%~80% respectively. The survival rate of groups therapied with Timentin, Pefloxacin werec 40%~60%. The dead time of the mouse therapied with antimicrobial agents was longer than that of the contral 2 group. Conclusions: These results indicate that 11 antimicrobial agents produced satisfactory therapeutic effect against experimental Vibrio vulnificus infection in mouse. The study may usher in astrategy for the clinical management of Vibrio vulnificus disease.
