钕铁硼永磁体表面镀镍工艺研究

摘　　要：　对钕铁硼材料的前处理工艺和半光亮镍 光亮镍、中性预镀镍 半光亮镍 光亮镍两种体系进行了研究,结果表明,两次酸洗和多次超声波清洗效果较好;镍层的设计与孔隙率、耐蚀性均有关系,中性预镀可以使镀层的孔隙减小。The pretreatment process, semi\|bright nickel\|bright nickel, and pre\|plating neutral nickel\|semi\|bright nickel\|bright nickel systems were studied as well as acid washing, ultrasonic washing and activation. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of nickel layer was considerable increased by double acid washing and triple ultrasonic washing. The excellent corrosion resistance was got by pre\|plating nickel in neutral bath, no pitting corrosion was founded after five\|period salt spry test.
