摘 要:目的 观察层粘连蛋白 (L N)和纤连蛋白 (FN)在大鼠不同发育时期视神经及坐骨神经的表达 ,探讨视神经与坐骨神经细胞外基质的差异。 方法 5 0只 SD大鼠按出生后天数分成 5组 ,取视神经和坐骨神经 ,免疫组织化学方法和计算机图像分析技术 ,测定大鼠视神经和坐骨神经 L N和 FN表达。 结果 L N和 FN在坐骨神经表达水平明显高于视神经 ,出生后 7d组明显高于其他年龄组。 结论 大鼠视神经和坐骨神经 L N和Objective To investigate the expression of laminin(LN) and fibronectin(FN) in the optic nerve and sciatic nerve of rats in different life stages. Methods 50 SD rats were randomly divided into five groups. Both optic nerve and sciatic nerve were taken and determined the expression of LN and FN by immunohistochemistry. The immunohistochemistry stainings were analyzed by automatic image analysis technique. Results The expression of LN and FN in the sciatic nerve was significantly higher than that in the optic nerve. The expression was the highest in the rats of 7 days age. Conclusion The expression of LN and FN in the optic nerve was significantly different from that of the sciatic nerve in the rats.
