鼠大巨细胞网状核α部注入6-羟基多巴胺对痛阈的影响

摘  要:向大鼠双侧巨细胞网状核α部微量注射儿茶酚胺神经毒素6—羟基多巴胺,观察选择性破坏该区儿茶酚胺神经元或神经纤维后对动物痛阈的影响。结果表明,注药后第2、4、8、16日,动物痛阈较注药前或对照组均有显著下降,注药后第28日,动物痛阈基本恢复。上述结果提示儿茶酚胺是参与巨细胞网状核α部痛觉调制的神经递质之一。The pain threshold Was observed after a microinjection of 6—hydr-oxydopamine,a specific neurotoxin of catecholamine,into the alpha part of thegigantocellular reticular nucleus of the rat.The result showed that the pain thre-shold,which was determined by potassium iontophoretic dolorimetry,significantlydecreased in the 6—hydroxydopamine—treated group on the second,fourth,eighthand sixteenth days after the injection as compared with that before the injectionor that in the control group.The data suggest that catecholamine in the alpha partof the gigantocellular reticular nucleus has an inhibitory role in pain modulation.
