人下橄榄主核形态发育的体视定量分析

摘　　要：用体视学方法对24例人胎儿及成人的下橄榄主核进行研究。结果显示;人的下橄榄主核从胎儿至成人,体积呈持续增长状态,神经细胞体积密度和细胞数密度呈持续降低趋势,5—7个月的胎儿下橄榄主核的体积增长,神经细胞体积密度和数密度降低速度均较快,提示5—7个月的胎儿期为下橄榄主核的快速发育期。8个月后的胎儿神经细胞体积密度和数密度降低缓慢,几乎接近3岁儿童的水平,说明胎儿后期及儿童期神经细胞的发育为神经细胞个体成熟和功能完善的发育。24 cases of human main inferior olivary nucleus were studied withthe method of stereology The results showed that the volume of the main inferior olivary nucleus increased continuously from foetus to adult.The volume densityand numerical density of neurons in the nucleus in the nucleus decreased continuo-usly.The rate of increase of the volume of the main inferior olivary nucleus andthe rate of eecrease of the volume density and numerical denesity of the neuronsof foetus from 5 to 7 months were higher than in other periods.The volumedensity and numerical density of foetus after 8 months decreased gradually,which was much the same as that of a 3—year—old child.This indicates thatthe development of the neurons in late phases is the development of neuronalmaturation and functional perfection of neurons.
