颞颌关节功能紊乱的(牙合)垫式义齿治疗

摘　　要：目的 观察(牙合)垫式义齿在老年牙列缺损伴(牙合)磨耗引起TMD的修复效果。方法 87例TMD病例,男54例,女33例,年龄58～75岁。面下1/3变短,深覆(牙合)且伴有TMD症状,经升高咬合后采用(牙合)垫式义齿修复,并对治疗前后关节间隙变化进行统计学分析。结果 用(牙合)垫式义齿修复能使TMJ,(牙合),肌肉协调一致,治疗TMD效果好。结论 部分牙列缺损伴有重度(牙合)磨耗的TMD患者,(牙合)垫式义齿修复是一种有效的治疗方法。Objective The article were study of the portion teeth of lose with wear of Temporomandibur joint disorder(TMD) treatment what splint of denture (SD) has been therapeutic effect. Method The 87 cases of were 54 men and 33 women. The smallest years58 and maximum 75 years it that were 62.5 years of average. The patients were deep occlusal. The remainder teeth were elongation it not opposite occlusal. The opposite teeth have been seen marrow pulp or die marrow pulp of teeth. The SD treatment after have been vary of joint space different(p<0.05). Result The symptom of TMD have disappeared for the splint of denture effect. Conclusion The split of denture is effective to treat dentition defect with TMD and severe occlusion attrition.
