普恩复胶囊治疗268例缺血性脑血管病临床探讨

摘　　要：目的 探讨普恩复胶囊对缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法 对268例缺血性脑血管病,包括脑腔隙性梗死和多发性脑梗死病人单纯使用普恩复治疗。观察时间为4～8周,剂量120 mg/日。每位患者均在服药前经CT扫描证实诊断,并在服药前一天抽血查血液流变学及纤溶系统确定异常,方可选入治疗组。结果 总有效率86.2％(231/268),痊愈61.19％(164/268),显著好转16.79％(45/268),好转8.21％(22/268),无效13.81％(37/268)。结论 普恩复胶囊治疗缺血性脑血管病,不但方法简便经济实用而且安全有效,是基层医院能普及的有效治疗方案。Objective To investigate clinial study of Pu En Fu capsule on treatment with ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods Pu En Fu capsule alone, we treated 268 patients with ischemic cere-brovascular diseases, including lacunar stroke and multifocal infarctions. The treatment periods were 4 to 8 weeks with the dosage of 120 mg/d. It is necessary to selected patients that the diagnosis was confirmed by CT for each case before treatment. The abnormalities of hemorheology and fibrinolystic system were ascertained at the day before administration. Rseults The total effective rate was 86. 2% (231/ 268) with complete cure 61. 19% (164/268), marked improvement 16. 79% (45/268), improvement 8. 21% (22/268) and no effect 13. 81% (37/268). Conclusions Pu En Fu capsule on treatment of patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease has minimum side effects and curative effect.
