水曲柳育苗的研究

摘　　要：水曲柳是我国东北林区的珍贵阔叶树种之一 ,由于长期的不合理采伐 ,这一资源已近枯竭。为了恢复和发展水曲柳资源 ,在长白山地区通过设计实验 ,对水曲柳的育苗进行了研究。结果显示 :播种育苗的密度和时期对水曲柳幼苗的生长有较大影响 ;用萌生插条进行扦插育苗很难成活 ,而用实生嫩枝插条进行扦插育苗的成活率则很高 ;插穗采用 2 0cm长 ,并且在扦插之前用 3 0 0mg/Lα-奈乙酸或者 5 0mg/L生根粉对插条进行处理 ,得到的扦插效果较好 ;用经过 3 0 0mg/Lα-奈乙酸处理的插穗扦插育苗 ,其苗木质量好于播种苗。Fraxinus mandshurica is one of the valuable broadleaved trees in the northeast forest region, because of long-term unreasonable cutting, the resources of Fraxinus mandshurica are drying up.For the resumption and development of its resources, a study on the breeding of Fraxinus mandshurica was conducted in Changbai Mountain region.The results show that the density and the date of sowing have both obvious influence on the young seedlings’ growth. Cuttings from sprouts can hardly survive. However, the quicksets from seedling twigs can get a high survival percent. The saplings’ quality can be improved by using the quicksets of 20cm length, and dipping them in the liquor of 300mg/L α-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA) or in the liquor of 50mg/L rooting powder.The saplings’ quality of cuttings treated with 300mg/L α-naphthalene acetic acid(NAA) is better than that of seedlings.
