摘　　要：本文分析了在图书馆网络化、数字化进程中图书馆员心态变化的原因,探讨了图书馆工作者面对变革、调整心态的一些思路。The author analyzes the reasons of psychological variations of librarians in the process of networking and digitizing of library and probes into some thinkings for adjusting psychology of librarians facing the changes.
