摘　　要：通过分析企业创新流程与技术周期不同阶段的特征,探讨了企业基于技术周期不同阶段的创新模式选择,指出了企业平台创新和产品创新的区别和联系,并比较分析了海信集团与海尔集团在创新模式方面的差别。Based on the analysis of the feature in different stages of the innovation processes and technology cycle,it researches the way for selecting different patterns in these stages ,and points out the difference and relationship between platform innovation and product innovation. As a case study.it analyses the differences of innovation patterns between Haier Company and Hisense Company.
