人胃癌淋巴管的微细分布和形态特征

摘　　要：目的　观察人胃癌组织淋巴管的微细分布和形态特征 ,为进一步探讨胃癌的淋巴道转移机制提供形态学依据。方法　取临床手术切除的胃癌组织 ,按癌中心区、周边区和正常区分别取材 ,石蜡切片 ,应用高碘酸—无色品红—橙黄G法 (PAS法 )和半薄切片观察淋巴管的形态和分布。结果　胃癌中心区无淋巴管 ,胃癌周边区淋巴管扩张、密度及淋巴管检出率明显高于正常区。结论　癌周边区淋巴管增多且扩张 。Objective To observe the fine distribution and morphologic feature of lymphatics of gastric carcinoma ,to go further into carcinomatous metastasis mechanism.Methods By means of paraffin section with PAS staining and hemithin section ,the morphologic features and distribution of lymphatics were observed in the center, periphery region of carcinoma and normal region . The experimental specimens were got from surgical patients.Results There was no lymphatics in carcinomatous centre region,but the lymphatic density and appearance rate in periphery region was much more than normal region.Their cavity was dilated.Conclusion Lymphatic multiplication and dilation in carcinomatous tissue increase chance of cancer cell's invading into lymphatics.
