摘　　要：企业知识管理存在着层次性。完整的企业知识管理划分为企业知识本身管理与企业知识资源管理两个层次,并且由企业知识本身管理、企业知识资源管理与企业知识资本管理3者共同构成,其中企业知识资本管理是由前两者派生出来的。There are different levels in knowledge management of enterprises. The entire knowledge management of enterprises includes knowledge management, knowledge resources management and intellectual capital management which originates from the front two.
