摘 要:针对车辆轮对踏面损伤检测问题,利用激光传感技术建立轮对踏面数字矩阵,通过二维双线性插值、Marr算子边缘检测和基于踏面局部外形分解的数据校正数字化处理技术,在轮对动态过程中快速提取轮对踏面擦伤、局部凹下深度和剥离长度等特征信息,精确拟合出踏面状况并加以诊断。检测系统经过实际应用表明,不仅能够自动检测出踏面擦伤和剥离,而且具有显示、打印检测结果的二维和三维图形,以及轮对数据库管理等多种功能。This paper studies the issues of the wheel tread defects of railway wheelset and presents a new method for detecting the burning and peeling of the wheel tread. The digital matrix corresponding to the wheel tread is established by means of laser sensors. The numerical technologies such as Marr edge detection, two dimen sion bilinear interpolation and the local wheel tread profile-based modificatio n are applied.The burning and local concave depth and peeling length of the whee l tread could be detected quickly and accurately while in motoring condition. Th e status of the wheel tread could be accurately obtained and the defects diagnose d. Through practice,it has indicated that the system not only can automatically detect the burning and peeling of the wheel tread, but also can display and prin t out two- or three-dimension images of the detection results. It could also m anage the wheelset database.
