摘　　要：讨论了一个热线系统来电地图显示的实现方法。当市民打电话举报与城建相关的事件时 ,指挥中心以 30路中继电话接受举报 ,并自动在大屏幕电子地图上同步显示事发地点的位置 。This paper discusses the implementing method of a hotwire system for receiving a call and displaying the caller's location on electronic map. When citizen make call to tell an accident in city, the control center receives the citizen information with a 30 channel relay telephone mode and the spot is automatically positioned on a big screen of displaying electronic map, so that the details about the accident can be accurately recorded.
