摘　　要：目的　总结和探讨多发性原发性脑瘤的治疗方法。方法　对 8例多发原发性脑瘤患者进行了手术、放疗及化疗 ,共中 3例并给予χ刀、γ刀治疗。 结果　多形性胶质母细胞瘤 3例 ,治疗 6月死亡 1例 ,治疗 1年死亡 2例 ;恶性星形细胞瘤 2例 ,治疗 1年死亡 1例 ,至今存活 1例 ;低级别星形细胞瘤 2例治疗后至今存活 ;恶性淋巴瘤 1例治疗 1年半死亡。结论　手术、放疗、化疗结合 χ刀、γ刀综合治疗可以延长生存期 。Objective To explore the methods of treatment for multiple primary brain tumour.Methods Eight patieants with multiple primary brain tumour were treated by operation and following radiotherapty and chemotherapty.Results In the multiform glioblastoma group with the treatment,one died in 6 months and other two died in 1 year.In the multiform glioblastoma group with the treatment,one died in 1 year and other one is survival.Benign astrocytoma group were all survival ,one case who suffered from the malignant lymphoma was treated and died in one and half year.Conclusion The operation,radiotherapty and chemotherapty combined with χ knife,γ-knife formultiple primary brain tumour can prolong the survival time,and mprove the life quality.
