摘　　要：目的　探讨膀胱癌膀胱部分切除术切口种植的预防。方法　回顾分析 10 4例膀胱癌行膀胱部分切除术的病历资料。结果　术后随访 84例患者 ,发生切口种植转移 2例。结论　术前使用化疗药物作膀胱保留灌注 ,术中注意切口保护 ,准确、快速、轻巧切除、取出肿瘤组织 ,使用勺状肿瘤匙 ,尽量不放置膀胱造瘘管 ,关闭膀胱后切口反复加压冲洗等多环节阻止肿瘤组织或细胞对切口的污染 。Objective To observe the possible methods for the prevention of incision cancer cell seeding and implantation in partial cystectomical patients.Methods 104 cases of partial cystectomy were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed.Results Two incision transplantation cases were found in 84 postsurgical patients under observation.Conclusion The key points as contributed to preventing the incision seeding and implantation of cancer cells are described as following:presurgical intravesical instillation of chemotherapeutics;intensive prevention of incision seeding of cancer cells;dissection of bladder cancer accurately and quickly,tending not to use the Malecot superpubic tube.
