摘　　要：针对雷达产品上应用的印制板酸性光亮镀锡铈中出现的问题 ,需要找出原因并采取相应措施 ,作者通过反复试验识别出了适用的添加剂 ,并改进了工艺。In accordance with the problem in the acid bright tin-cerium plating on the printed circuit board of the radar products,the reasons and the countermeasures were introduced. Through many repeatedly experiments,the suitable additive was distinguished. The process improvement has also been made.
