摘  要:目的 探讨血瘀证大耳白兔模型相关指标的变化及血脉宁颗粒对其作用机制。方法 ①采用寒凝致瘀法制成血瘀证大耳白兔模型。 6 0只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组、血瘀模型组、乐脉颗粒阳性对照组及血脉宁颗粒高、中、低剂量组 6组 ,每组 1 0只。其中空白对照组与模型组每日灌服自来水 ,其余用药组均灌服相应药物 ,连续 7日。第 8日除空白对照组外 ,其余均按上法制成血瘀证模型 ,第 9日心脏穿刺取血 ,用于检测血液流变学指标和红细胞沉降率。② 5 0只日本大耳白兔随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、血脉宁颗粒高、中、低剂量组 5组 ,每组 1 0只 ,各组灌水、灌药方法同上 ,连续 7日。第 7日给药后 2h ,施行动静脉搭桥术 ,测各组血栓湿重。结果 ①模型组家兔的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞沉降率及其K值明显升高 ,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ;血脉宁颗粒高剂量组、阳性对照组分别与模型组比较 ,全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积红细胞沉降率及其K值明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1 ) ,提示血脉宁颗粒有改善血液流变学的作用。血脉宁颗粒高剂量组与阳性对照组用药后各血液流变学指标比较则无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。②阳性对照组与血脉宁颗粒高、中、低剂量组的?Objective To investigate the changes of objective targets of blood stasis syndrome and mechanism for the effect of traditional Chinese medicine by the name of Xuemaining powder. Methods Animal models with blood stasis disease were resulted from the accumulation of pathogenic cold.60 rabbits were divided into control group, model group (with blood stasis disease), positive group (administration of Lemai powder), treatment groups which were subdivided into low dose , middle dose and high dose group. To make the bypass graft between arteries and veins and observe hemorheology and their weight of wet thrombus in vivo. Results There were obvious increases in the whole blood viscosity, blood plasma viscosity, the weight of wet thrombus, hematocrit, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), and K value of ESR in the group of rabbit models with blood stasis disease, which were significant difference from those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Xuemaining powder can improve the parameters of hemorheology and obviously reduce the weight of wet thrombus in vivo.
