从学生视角看大学生贷款的成本-收益——香港个案研究

摘　　要：伴随全球高等教育的财政危机和成本回收政策的实施 ,大学生贷款方案逐渐成为高等教育的主要资助模式。本文以香港特区政府实施的香港专上学生贷款为例 ,从学生视角分析学生贷款过程中的成本 -收益问题。文章在梳理学生贷款的借贷条件及财政考虑因素的基础上 ,运用香港本地专上学生入息审查贷款和免入息审查贷款的资料 。Along with the global financial crisis of higher education and the implementation of the measures for recovering investment, the student loan is becoming the main mode to provide financial assistance to higher education. The author concentrates on the student load program offered by the government of Hong Kong SAR and makes a case study of the cost benefit issue from the students' angle. On the basis of studying the loan conditions and the financial factors, the author uses the materials concerning the interest paying student loan and the interest free student loan to Hong Kong college students and makes an evidence based study of students' capacity to repay the student loan.
