试论人为释碳与绿色固碳的平衡

摘　　要：提出碳的释固平衡概念,建立人为释碳、绿色固碳和碳的释固平衡量化式,确定绿化覆盖率对人为释碳的制约关系,据此对有关环境指标进行预测.In this paper, the concept about the balance between carbonrelease and carbonfixation is presented,and then the quantitative expression on the carbonrelease resulted from human activities, the carbonfixation by green vegetation, and the balance between carbonrelease and carbonfixation are built up, thus the restrictive relation between the plant coverage and the carbonrelease resulted from human activities is determined. Based on this, the relevant environmental indexes are predicted.
