摘　　要：当前我国的学位与研究生教育正在迅猛发展,尤其是作为科研主力的在读研究生,其队伍也在迅速扩大,从而使高校学报的作者群体得到了不断更新,因此,高校学报应主动适应形势发展的要求,迎接挑战,把握机遇,使高校学报得以快速、持续地发展.The postgraduate education is developing rapidly in China nowadays, particularly the postgraduates who are studying at schools and regarded as the main force of scientific research, their number is increasing rapidly, thus it makes the readership of university journals renewed constantly. To have fast and sustained development, the university journals should actively adapt themselves to this new situation to meet challenges and seize these opportunities.
