摘　　要：法律与道德作为两种主要的行为规范,二者关系十分密切,法律在立法、法的实施和法治秩序的最终实现层面上,需要道德的支持与保障。道德建设也需要法律的保障。Law and morals are two main codes of conduct.They go hand in hand with each other.Law needs support and protection of morals at the final accomplishment of legislation,implement and order.The construction of morals also needs the legal protection.
