摘  要:研制了55Ah圆柱型动力锂离子蓄电池以及336V/55Ah动力模块和相应的电池管理系统。性能测试表明,0.5C充放电,单体电池容量≥55Ah,容量特性均匀一致;具备良好的倍率放电特性,能够适应电动车启动、加速、爬坡等运行要求;循环性能良好,已完成200次深充放循环性能仍平稳;耐滥用能力好;84只单体构成的电池组,比能量达106Wh/kg;安全性好。充放电管理系统采用阶段恒电流充电和过流保护,具备均衡充电能力和智能调节放电终止电压和剩余容量显示等功能。装车试验表明,该电池系统有望投入电动车的实际应用。The cylindrical traction Liion battery (LIB) with 55 Ah capacity, the 336 V/55 Ah module and the corresponding battery management unit were developed. The test results show that the capacity of the Liion cell is more than 55 Ah at 0.5 C charge/discharge rate and the capacity characteristic is uniform. The battery has good rated discharge performance, which meets the specification of electric vehicle (EV) in the state of startup, accelerate and climb. The cycling performance of the battery is also stable after 200 cycles. The 84cell module with the specific energy of 106 Wh/kg has good safety. The battery charge/discharge and management unit is designed with many functions, including the stepdown current charging method and overcurrent protection, the charging equivalent balance, the intelligent adjustment of discharge cutoff voltage and the display of residual capacity, etc. The LIB traction system is promising for operating application on EVs.
