摘 要:研制了55Ah圆柱型动力锂离子蓄电池以及336V/55Ah动力模块和相应的电池管理系统。性能测试表明,0.5C充放电,单体电池容量≥55Ah,容量特性均匀一致;具备良好的倍率放电特性,能够适应电动车启动、加速、爬坡等运行要求;循环性能良好,已完成200次深充放循环性能仍平稳;耐滥用能力好;84只单体构成的电池组,比能量达106Wh/kg;安全性好。充放电管理系统采用阶段恒电流充电和过流保护,具备均衡充电能力和智能调节放电终止电压和剩余容量显示等功能。装车试验表明,该电池系统有望投入电动车的实际应用。The cylindrical traction Liion battery (LIB) with 55 Ah capacity, the 336 V/55 Ah module and the corresponding battery management unit were developed. The test results show that the capacity of the Liion cell is more than 55 Ah at 0.5 C charge/discharge rate and the capacity characteristic is uniform. The battery has good rated discharge performance, which meets the specification of electric vehicle (EV) in the state of startup, accelerate and climb. The cycling performance of the battery is also stable after 200 cycles. The 84cell module with the specific energy of 106 Wh/kg has good safety. The battery charge/discharge and management unit is designed with many functions, including the stepdown current charging method and overcurrent protection, the charging equivalent balance, the intelligent adjustment of discharge cutoff voltage and the display of residual capacity, etc. The LIB traction system is promising for operating application on EVs.
