35例胰腺癌立体适形放射治疗

摘　　要：目的 :应用立体适形放射治疗技术治疗胰腺癌 ,评价其疗效和并发症。方法 :35例胰腺癌患者给予立体适形放射治疗 ,每天 1次 ,每次 2 Gy～ 3Gy,每周共 5次 ,共计 2 0次～ 35次 ;5个～8个共面或非共面适形固定野 ,总剂量 6 0 Gy～ 70 Gy。结果 :83.33%患者胸背部疼痛明显缓解 ;放疗后 2个月～ 6个月复查 CT,肿瘤缩小 2 5 %以上者 6 0 .0 0 % ;1年、2年生存率分别为 77.14 %、2 9.16%。结论 :立体适形放射治疗胰腺癌 ,疗效较好 ,并发症少 ,是不能手术的患者的较好的治疗方式。Objective:To evaluate the treatment efficacy and compalication of stererotactic radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer.Methods:Thirty-five patients with pancreatic cancer received stereotactic radiotherapy 2～3 Gy/fraction every day,five days per week,and were added up to 20～35 fractions.They were given 5～8 coplanar or non-coplanar stationary beams stereotactic radiotherapy with total dose of 60 Gy～70 Gy.Results:Pain were relieved clearly in 83.33 % patients.The check of the patients'CT images at 2～6 month after treatment showed that the response rate was 60 %.One-year and two-year survival rates were 77.14 % and 29.16 % respectively.Conclusion:The stereotactic radiotherapy for pancreatic cancer can increase efficacy and decrease complications and is a better therapy for unresectable patients.
