摘　　要：ZX5-630是三相桥式全控整流电路晶闸管弧焊整流器,它的电压输出波形稳定,采用焊接电流、电压截止负反馈闭环控制系统和恒流外拖特性的控制电路,使焊接电流从100～630A线性连续可调,并具有电弧推力、长、短弧和引弧电流连续可调、电压网络补偿的功能。可使用各类焊条焊接低、中碳钢和合金钢等大型工件,同时具有电弧气刨功能,受到用户的青睐。The Z X 5-630equipment is an arc welding machine with three-phase bridge control silicon rectification circuit,its voltage output waveform is stable,and it pu ts to use the control system with cut-off negative feedback blocking circulati on of welding current ,voltage and the control circuit with outward dilatory sp ecific property of constant current.It has the following functions:welding cu rrent can be continuous linear regulated from100A to630A,has the electri c arc thrust,the current of long arc,short arc and stricking arc can be conti nuous regulated,voltage network can be compensated,etc.It can use all kinds o f welding rods to weld large-scale works of low-carbon steel,medium carbon st eel or alloy steel,at the same time it has the function of carbon arc air gou ging.It has won good graces by users.
