摘　　要：本文基于熵的概念,提出了一种结合企业信息化待选方案的固有信息和决策者主观判断力的实用权值系数方法,通过建立数学模型可对企业信息化建设投资项目进行风险决策。并通过算例加以说明。Based on the concept of entropy,this paper presents a method of real weight coefficient combined inherent information of projects chosen with decisionmaker's subjective sense.Then mathematics model is built and the risk decision for enterprise informatization project is also made.Finally,a concrete example is illustrated in this paper.
