摘　　要：针对我国现行交通行政执法模式存在的弊端 ,提出交通行政执法的可选模式。依据不同的社会环境和阶段目标 ,本文构建了 3种交通行政执法体制模式 ,并对各种体制模式的机构设置、职能、相互关系进行了探讨 ,最后对Aiming at the disadvantages of current model of traffic law enforcement, this paper, raises the appropriate model of traffic law enforcement. According to the different social environments and period aims, the three models of traffic law enforcement are founded, and the setting, function and the relationship of organizations of the three models are discussed. Finally the general evaluation of the three models is given.
