顺行插入自制导管治疗新生儿泪囊炎

摘　　要：目的　观察应用顺行插入自制导管治疗新生儿泪囊炎的临床效果。方法　对 2 81例 3 1 6只眼进行顺行插入自制导管泪道留置 2 4小时 ,并进行观察和随访。结果　 3 1 5只眼术后随访 1周、 1个月、 3个月无复发 ,治愈率 99 7%。结论　顺行插入自制导管在新生儿泪囊炎的治疗中具有有效率高、创伤轻、疗程短和无复发的优点。OBJECTIVE To observe effect of anterograde lacrimal catheterization in treatment of dacryocystisis. METHODS Three hundred and sixteen eyes of 281 newborns with dacryocystisis were treated with indwelling of catheters for 24 hours and they were observed following the treatment. RESULTS The eyes treated were followed up respectively at one week, one month and three months. Reoccurred did not occur. The curative ratio was 99.7%. CONCLUSION Anterograde lacrimal catheteriza tion is a effective technique and is provided with excellence including high curative ratio, mild impairment, short period of treatment and no recurrence.
