五参素片抗肿瘤作用的研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究五参素片在动物体内外抑杀肿瘤细胞作用和延长移植实体肉瘤荷瘤小鼠生命的作用。方法 :试验组设五参素片高、中、低 3种剂量组 ,阳性对照设环磷酰胺组或 5 -氟尿嘧啶组、阴性对照组为生理盐水。结果 :受试药物五参素片 (由斑蝥素类似物、刺五加多糖、冬虫夏草水煎提取物 3种中药提取成分配伍制成薄膜衣片剂 )在动物体内外均具有极强的抑杀肿瘤细胞作用和延长移植实体肉瘤荷瘤小鼠生命的作用。结论 :①五参素片作为中药制剂的新品种 ,能够主治癌症患者的“邪实正虚”证 ,对于治疗中晚期癌症 ,五参素片确具有益气养血、祛邪消瘀、扶正抗癌之功效。②采用五参素片治疗动物移植实体肉瘤明显优于 5 -氟尿嘧啶 (P <0 .0 1)。Objective: To study the effects of Wushensu tablets(WSST), a new drug for cancer treatment, in inhibiting the growth of murine transplant tumors in vivo or in vitro, and in prolonging the survival time of mice with tumors. Methods: Three WSST groups in different doses were designed, and cyclophosphamide or 5 fluorouracil group and physiological saline group were taken as controls. Results: Using in vitro tests, cancer cells such as S 180 and H 22 were shown to be very sensitive to WSTT. Degenerative changes in these cells and inhibition of their proliferation were observed. At the dose of 8.25～33.0 g/kg (corresponding dried medicinal herbs) in vivo, WSST was effective in inhibiting the growth of murine transplant tumors and prolonging the survival time of mice with transplant tumors such as S 180 or Heps. Conclusion: The new drug WSST, containing cantharidin analogues, acanthopanax senticosus polysaccharides and extracted cordyceps sinensis, has antitumor properties. Because of its natural origin, this anticancer agent does not have the obvious side effect that cantharidin has on urinary organs. The anticancer effect of WSST is much better than that of cyclophosphamide or 5-fluorouracil(P<0.01).
