摘　　要：生物碱是一类具有生理火性的物质 ,是许多药用植物的有效成分之一。如何从天然产物中提取与分离生物碱 ,吸引了人们的广泛关注 ,其提取与分离方法也不断地改进和发展。本文综述了近年来 ,不同的提取和分离方法在生物碱提取分离中的应用和进展。随着众对生物碱药用价值的认识提高 ,生物碱的撮与分离方法将更加高效、迅速、完善。Alkaloids,for their physiolgical autivity are one of the effectine components in many medicine herbs. How to extract and separate alhaloids from natural products have drawn the attention of many people. And the methods of extracting and separating have been improved and developed continuourly. The application and development of different methods for extracting and separating of alkaloids, in recet years were stated in this paper,With the more and more recognizing of the medicine value of alkaloid,the methods of extracting and separating will be more efficient,more rapid and more perfect.
