摘 要:全球制造策略要求工艺文件能用多种语言来表示以便于交流 ,而目前的 CAPP只能生成单一语言表示的工艺文件 ,因此 ,中英文工艺设计与翻译系统的开发是非常必要的。本文分析了 CAPP系统、机器翻译的研究应用现状和对工艺设计与中英文翻译系统需求 ,研究了工艺设计与中英文翻译系统的功能、总体结构与关键技术的实现方法 ,提出了用带有形式变量的工艺语句模板来实现工艺语句的规范化 ,以基于工艺语句模板的直译式翻译法为主、以基于语法规则的翻译法为辅的方法来实现的工艺文件翻译。在此基础上 ,结合航空制造业对外合作研制的需要 ,开发了一个航空工艺文件编制与中英文机器翻译系统 。Global manufacturing strategy requires that p ro cess plan should be expressed in different languages for peoples from different countries to communicate conveniently. However, most CAPP systems developed so f ar can only generate process plans in one kind of language. Therefore, it is nec essary to development a process planning and Chinese-English translation system. In this paper, researches on CAPP and machine translation are reviewed. Require ments on process planning and its Chinese-English translation system were analy zed. Its functions, framework, implementation are investigated. In order to impr ove the standardization of process planning and translation accuracy, technique sentence templets with virtual parameters and the combined translation method ba sed on the technique sentence templet and syntax rule was put forward and studie d. According to the demands on global manufacturing for aviation manufacturing i ndustry, a process planning and Chinese-English translation system was implemen ted and applied successfully.
