摘　　要：目的 :基牙数目的选择对下颌远中双侧游离端冠内精密附着体义齿的近缺隙基牙的牙体和牙周组织的应力分布状况的影响提供基础条件。方法 :采用螺旋CT扫描及三维影像重建技术 ,数字影像传输与转录与ANSYS相结合的方法。结果 :建立了包括下颌骨、粘膜、牙体及牙周膜、附着体义齿的三维有限元模型。结论 :模型的几何相似性好 ,生物力学相似性好 。Objective: To provide the basic condition for study the effects of different number of the splinted abutments on abutment near the absence area of the mandibular bilateral distal-extension removable partial denture with intracoronal attachment. Methods:SCT image reconstruction technique, digital image transfer and transcription and 3-D FEM were used in combination with ANSYS software. Results: A 3-D FEM with different number abutment is constructed, which include abutment is constructed, which include mandibular tooth, the periodontal membrane, mucous membrane and denture with intracoronal attachment. Conclusion: The construction of three-dimensional finite element biomechanical model for studing the mandibula bilateral distal-extension removable partial denture with intracoronal attachment is useful.
