摘 要:双陆是中国古代的一种博戏 ,从古印度传入。人们对它的认识 ,经历了由“胡戏” ,到视为汉族文化的象征 ,再到成为品评“天下”士人文化素质和修养的标准之一的这样一个发展过程。从中折射出中国各民族文化交流与融合及外来文化融入中国传统文化的发展轨迹 ,体现了中国传统文化的开放性、包容性及融会不同文化的能力。Shuanglu (双陆) was an ancient dice game that spread into China from India. In China it was regarded at first as a “game of foreign tribes.” It later came to be esteemed as a symbol of the national culture; finally it became one of the criteria for appraising cultural qualities and attainment of the scholars “under heaven.” This process reflects the trajectory of cultural exchange and fusion between various nationalities in China, and the assimilation of foreign cultures into traditional Chinese culture. It also highlights the latters openness and elasticity and its capacity to assimilate alien cultures.
