摘 要:本文讨论了悬浮在胃液中的“泡状结构”,球对光散射温度的贡献。给出了散射强度与“泡状结构”球的数目和大小的关系。从理论上解释了患有胃癌的胃液和没有患胃癌的胃液散射强度的不同,把患有胃癌的轻重和散射强度与“泡状结构”的数目和大小系系起来。提供出光散射技术在胃癌临床诊断应用中的理论根据。The contributions of the bubble—like structured balls suspended in the succus gastricus (and formed by the polar substances resulting from the rupture of the affected cells of stomach cancer) to the optical scattering intensities have been discussed in detail. The relations between the seattering intensities and the number and the size of these bubble—like structured balls are given. The difference ofscattering intensities between the succus gastricus of the stomach cancer patients and that of stomach cancerfree persons is interpreted theoretically, so that to relate the extent of seriousness of stomach cancer and the scattering intensities with the number and the size of such bubble—like structured balls. The theoretical basis of the application of optical scattering techniques to the clinical diagnosis of stomach cancer has also been given.
