摘 要:[目的 ] 研究银杏和银杏黄酮调节血脂的效果。 [方法 ] 给高血脂大鼠高脂饲料 4周 ,大鼠高脂饲料含有 1%胆固醇、10 %猪油、10 %蛋黄粉和 79%基础饲料 ,测定高脂血症大鼠血清脂质和肝脏脂水平。 [结果 ] 第 4周末实验结束时 ,银杏黄酮和银杏汁使高脂血症大鼠血清胆固醇及甘油三酯、肝脏胆固醇及甘油三酯明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ] 银杏和银杏黄酮对高脂血症大鼠的胆固醇和甘油三酯代谢具有良好的改善作用。To explore the adjustment of hyperlipidemia effect of ginkgo and ginkgo flavonoids extract. The effects of ginkgo and ginkgo flavonoids extract on rats with hyperlipidemia were observed. The semipurified diet for rats was composed of 1% cholesterol, 10% lard, 10% yolk powder and 79% basic diet. The levels of serum TC,TG,HDL-C, hepatic cholesterol and hepatic triglyceride were assayed. After 4 weeks, the levels of serum triglyceride and hepatic triglyceride in groups receiving ginkgo flavonoids and ginkgo drinks were lower than that of the control group, difference significant. The levels of serum cholesterol and hepatic cholesterol were lower in groups treated with ginkgo flavonoids and ginkgo drinks, difference significant. [Conclusion] The ginkgo and ginkgo flavonoids could improve cholesterol and triglyceride metabolism in rats.
