摘　　要：企业危机管理是由企业特定的组织机构 ,利用多种手段和方法 ,通过一定的途径 ,对企业运行中可能出现的危机进行分析、预测 ,以防止危机的形成、爆发 ,而企业危机发生后 ,对危机进行处理、总结和恢复 ,由此而形成的管理系统就是企业危机管理系统。危机管理系统分为预警、预控、处理、总结和恢复等子系统。Enterprise crisis affects seriously the development and existence of enterprise. Enterprise probably meets with enterprise crisis of all kinds. Crisis management of enterprise must be strengthened and it can make the enterprise get long range development. Enterprise crisis management system is divided into crisis defence, crisis monitor, crisis controlment in advance, crisis policy decision, crisis handling and crisis summarization subsystems.
