摘 要:目的 探讨小儿寰枢椎关节不稳定的解剖依据。方法 对16例小儿和8例成人尸体的枕寰枢复合体进行解剖、观测,比较成人和小儿枕寰枢复合体的解剖学差异。结果 小儿组横韧带和翼状韧带较成人组小,而枢椎上关节面的弧度大于成人组,两组枕寰枢关节中滑膜皱襞大小不同。结论 小儿和成人的寰枢关节在解剖上存在着一定的差异,这些差异可能与两组间关节稳定性不同有关。Objective To study anatomical data for explaining the joint instability of atlantoaxial joint of children. Methods Sixteen occipitoatlantoaxial complexs from embalmed cadavers of children and eight occipitoatlantoaxial complexs from embalmed cadavers of adults were dissected to be viewed, examed and compared to gain certain anatomical differences between children and adults. Results The dimensions of the transvers ligaments and the alar ligaments were all smaller in children than in adults, but the grade of curve of lateral facet of the axis was bigger in children than in adults. The dimensions of synovial folds in the occipital-atlanto-axial complexions were different. Conclusion Certain anatomical diferences between children and adults maybe play a role in the different stability between children and adults.
