摘 要:目的 探讨脑星形细胞瘤临床病理分级与DNA含量、增殖指数 (PI)及S期构成比 (SPF)的关系。方法 手术中切取的幕上脑星形细胞瘤标本 4 0例 ,分别送病理切片和流式细胞计数。结果 不同病理级别星形细胞瘤异倍体的发生率相比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,二倍体瘤与异倍体瘤PI值相比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,SPF相比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤PI值相比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级SPF相比较 ,无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级SPF相比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。Objective To study the relationship between nuclear DNA content?proliferate index? S phase fraction, and pathological grading in brain gliomas.Methods Forty supratentorial brain glioma samples obtained from surgery were treated for pathological grading and flow cytometry.Results There was no significant difference of aneuploid rate among different grade astrocytomas( P >0.05),but the differences of PI and SPF were significant between diploid and aneuploid tumor( P <0.05).There was significant difference of PI between grade Ⅰ?Ⅱ/Ⅲand grade( P <0.05).The difference of SPF between grade Ⅰ?Ⅱand Ⅲ was not significant. It,however,was significant when they were compared with that of grade Ⅳ respectively( P <0.05).Conclusion A more exact judgement about the prognosis could be made according to pathological grading together with DNA content and PI value of astrocytomas.
