摘  要:研究了在 pH1.0~ 2 .0盐酸介质中 ,亚硝酸根与对氨基苯乙酮 萘乙二胺反应形成可溶于水的紫红色染料 ,建立了一种测定痕量亚硝酸根的高灵敏显色光度法。方法的检出限为 2 .4 μg/L ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 2 .5 3× 10 5L·mol-1·cm-1,亚硝酸根的浓度在 0 .0~ 14 0 .0 μg/L范围内符合比尔定律。方法用于测定江水中痕量亚硝酸根 。In hydrochloric acid medium at pH1.0~2.0, nitrite reacts with p aminophenylnaphthyl ethylenediamine to form a purplish red dyestuff which can dissolve in water. A new high sensitive chromogenic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite has been established. The detection limit of the method is 2.4μg/L ,the apparent molar absorptivity is 2.53×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.0~140.0μg/L for nitrite. The method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in river water with satisfactory results.
