摘　　要：目的:探讨黏蜡在根管取模中的应用方法及其临床意义。方法:对42颗经完善根管治疗的残根残冠用黏蜡制作蜡桩,再以琼脂及藻酸盐材料取根管印模,观察临床应用效果。结果:用黏蜡制作根桩的42颗残根残冠均一次成功。结论:黏蜡用于根管取模简单可靠。有利于保存较多的牙体组织,提高根管取模的成功率。Objective: The purpose of this study was to probe into the method and clinical significance of taking rootcanal impression with sticky wax. Methods: We made post with sticky wax for 42 residual roots or crowns after perfectroot canal treatment. Root canal impressions were taken with agar and alginate, and clinical effect was observed. Results:Every root canal impression was taken successfully in one time. Conclusion: This method was simple and reliable. It wasbeneficial to preserve more residual dentin and to improve probability of success in taking root canal impression.
