摘　　要：目的:探讨Ni-Cr合金金瓷桥桥基牙预备及暂时桥的戴入对龈沟菌丛的影响。方法:采用经典细菌培养鉴定及菌落形成单位计数(CFU/ml)的检测方法观测临床病例。结果:牙体预备后基牙龈沟内细菌的数量及种类显著减少;牙体预备后1周,菌群基本上恢复到备牙前(基线)的水平;牙体预备后2周与备牙前比较,仅消化链球菌、二氧化碳嗜纤维菌有显著性差异。结论:牙体预备会破坏口腔内菌丛的平衡,但基牙龈沟菌丛菌量在1周内基本能恢复平衡。暂时桥的戴入对龈沟细菌影响小。Objective: To investigate the effect of the tooth preparation and temporary bridge on the local oral flora.Methods: Classical bacterial incubation and identification methods were used to study the bacterial change of the localoral flora. Results: CFU of most bacteria reduced after tooth preparation. A week later, the CFU of bacteria recovered tothe baseline. Two weeks later, there was no differences in analysis between a week later and two week later (p>0.05),except Peptostreptococcus and Capnocytophaga. Conclusion: Tooth preparation can destroy the balance of the gingivalgroove bacteria, but it will recover with in a week temporary bridge has little effect on the balance of the local oral flora.
