摘　　要：目的 观察氯通道阻断剂5-硝基-2-(3-苯丙胺)苯甲酸(NPPB)对人肝癌HHCC细胞增殖的影响。方法 将NPPB作用于HHCC细胞，应用细胞计数法及MTT比色分析法观察细胞增殖情况；同时应用流式细胞仪检测其细胞周期时相的变化。结果 NPPB使HHCC细胞数及MTT光吸收值(OD)较对照组均显著降低，去除NPPB后，OD值便可逐渐恢复；经100μmol/L的NPPB处理48h时，HHCC细胞G1期细胞比例比对照组明显增高，S期及G2期细胞比例则明显低于对照组。结论 NPPB能可逆抑制肝癌细胞增殖，并具有浓度依赖性；NPPB使细胞增殖停滞在G1期。Objective To observe the effect of NPPB on the proliferation of human hepatocarcinoma cells.Mehtods With the effect of NPPB on HHCC cells,cell count and MTT colorimetric analysis were used in observation of cell proliferation;meanwhile the phase change of cell cycle was detected by flow cytometry.Results The number of HHCC cells and optical density value of MTT were lowered by NPPB in comparison with the control group and after removal of NPPB,the OD value was reversed.After treatment of 100 μmol/L NPPB...
