摘　　要：目的 提高对良性滑膜瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断能力。方法 分析15例良性滑膜瘤的临床病理学特点。结果 局限型12例，弥漫型3例，两者发病部位和组织病理学特征差别明显。结论 掌握其组织学特征较易诊断，但应注意与软组织巨细胞瘤、骨巨细胞瘤、巨细胞肉芽肿、滑膜肉瘤等相鉴别。Objective To improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of benign synovialoma.Methods The clinical pathological characteristics of benign synovialoma were analysed in 15 cases.Results Twelve cases belonged to topical type while 3 cases were diffuse type and there was significant difference in the pathogenic sites and histopathologic characteristics between the two types.Conclusion To master the histopathologic characteristics may be helpful to the diagnosis,but attention must be paid to its differ...
