前牙外伤全脱位即刻再植18例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察因外伤而致全脱位前牙行即刻再植术的临床疗效。方法 18例患者因外伤后致25颗前牙全脱位即刻再植，观察其临床疗效。结果 再植术后经观察临床效果优者15颗(60．0％)，良者7颗(28．0％)，差者3颗(12．0％)。结论 对于全脱位前牙的牙周膜妥善保护和处理是即刻再植术成功的关键；术后预防感染，及时进行报管治疗，可提高再植牙的远期成功率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of immediate replantation of traumatically dislocated anteroir teeth.Methods Immediate replantation was performed in 25 traumatically dislocated anteroir teeth of 18 cases and then the clinical effect was observed.Results After replantation,there was better effect in 15 teeth(60 %) , good effect in 7 teeth(28.0 %) and poor effect in 3 teeth(12.0 %).Conclusion The careful protection and treatment of periodontal membranes in traumatically dislocated anteroir te...
