摘　　要：目的　确定助孕胶囊原料药最佳提取条件。方法　分别以淫阳藿苷、水饱和正丁醇提取物为指标 ,以正交试验法确定乙醇提取及水煎煮最优条件 ;并对挥发油提取条件进行了考察。结果　当归、香附挥发油的提取以 6h为佳 ;淫阳藿、丹参加1 2倍量的 70 %乙醇回流提取 2次 ,每次 1h ;上述药渣与余药加 1 0倍量水煎煮 3次 ,每次 1 .5h为最佳提取条件。OBJECTIVE: To choose the optimum extration process of Zhuyun capsules. METHODS: The optimal alcohol extration and water decoction extration process were selected with the orthogonal design. The content of lcarrin and the quantity of n-buthanol were used to evaluate the factor levels. The distillation method of volatile was also studied. RESULTS: The ideal distillation time of the volatile of Radix angelicas sinensis and Rhizoma cyperi was 6 h. The ideal extration process was as follows: Herba epimedii and Radix salviae miltiorrhizae were extracted with 70 % alcohol for 2 times, with solvent volume 12 times amount and extraction time 1 hr each time. The optimum water decoction process was as follows: The above drug residue and the other ingredients were decocted with water for 3 times, with solvent volume 10 times amount and extraction time 1.5 h each time. CONCLUSION: The experimental resultes provide the basis for the ascertainment of extraction process of Zhuyun capsules.
