摘　　要：本文通过对我国传统教育中成人观的内涵、特点进行历史的考察和逻辑的梳理 ,揭示出其当代价值在于它的重德育原则、德才兼备原则以及社会性与个体性相结合的原则 ,这些原则对于我国当代教育建设仍具有重要的指导意义。This article first analyses historically and logically the implication and peculiarities of the concept of Chengren in Chinese traditional education, and then points out that its modern value lies in the principle of emphasizing moral education, the principle of having both ability and political integrity, and also the principle of combining social nature and individual nature together.these principles still have important guiding functions for our country's modern educational construction.
