摘　　要：高校人事管理干部提高对处事艺术的认识并在工作实践中加以运用 ,对提高管理效能、缓和或化解矛盾、充分调动广大教职工的积极性有着十分积极的意义。Personnel administrators in institutions of higher learning need to deepen their understanding of the handling art and to put it to practice. For the art of manipulation is helpful to the increase of management efficiency, the easement and resolution of contradictions, and the stimulation of staff members' enthusiasm.
