摘　　要：目的 :探讨腹腔镜检查对胃癌术前评估的价值。方法 :选择 1999年至 2 0 0 2年 2 8例胃癌患者在全麻下行腹腔镜检查。结果 :发现晚期病例而避免盲目开腹手术 16例 (5 7.2 % ) ,其常见原因为腹膜腔广泛转移、腹水、肝转移。结论 :腹腔镜在胃癌临床分期。Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of laparoscopic examination before gastrectomy.Methods:28 cases suffering from stomach neoplasms received the laparoscopic examination.Results:16 cases (57.2%) were found out late and escaped conventional open operation by laparoscopy. Conclusions: Laparoscopy is a safe and useful technique in the clinical stage of stomach neoplasms and offers a better therapeutic scheme.
