狗爪豆生物碱、左旋多巴及其营养成分测定

摘　　要：通过分析狗爪豆(Stizolobiumcochinchinesis)内生物碱、左旋多巴等部分活性有效成分,氨基酸含量和常规营养成分,结果表明,该植物体内未检出生物碱;野生材料种子内左旋多巴含量略高于栽培材料,两种样品其他部分中左旋多巴含量极微。该植物野生与栽培种子内左旋多巴含量分别为5 13g/100g和4 49g/100g,作为药用资源具有开发价值。种子内氨基酸种类齐全,共检出17种游离氨基酸、18种水解氨基酸,未检出γ-氨基丁酸。狗爪豆种子营养价值较高,具有作为精饲料使用的潜力。Some active material of alkaloid and L-Dopa and composition of amino acid in the seeds and vines of Strizolobium cochinchinesis were analyzed.The results showed that no alkaloid was detected and the L-Dopa content was 449-513g/100g in the seed . In the wild condition the content of L-Dopa was higher than that in the cultivation. Seventeen free amino acids and eighteen hydrolytic amino acids had been detected in the seed and the vine.
